A person stating that they don't care if God has a plan for them is unfortunately something that I have heard way too often. The problem is that they don't understand how their lives could really change for the better when they put God first in their life.

During day to day living when you don't pray for guidance, you inevitably end up in situations that make life more difficult to deal with.

Pray without ceasing daily, believing He will answer your prayers. It is so simple to do, but yet it is something that is so important that God really desires of all of us, and ensures eternal life in Heaven. It is called the salvation prayer which is confessing your sins and saying out loud to God you believe that Jesus died on the cross, rose again for your sins and desiring Him to live within your heart from now on.

Aquarium lighting fixtures are complete lighting units that mount on your tank. There are two reasons to have an aquarium lighting fixture. First, to simulate the natural light your fish would get in the wild, secondly, for you to see the fish and plants, and enjoy the vivid colors.

Light Fixtures for Freshwater Fish-only Tanks

Fish-only freshwater tanks are the most popular first aquariums. Artificial rocks and plastic plants decorate the tank, no living plants. The beauty of this for budding aquarists, is that you don't have to get a fancy light fixture, as fish don't photosynthesize! You can hone your lighting choice down to two factors. First, simulate the natural day/night light of your freshwater fish. Second, display your fish to show off their colors.

Popular freshwater tank fish come from tropical parts of the world where they live in shallow waters and get regular sunshine. Popular aquarium fish such as the cichlids, gourami, betta are all great for new aquarium owners. For bulbs, use full color spectrum 'color enhancing' bulbs.

Your fish will get stressed and unhealthy under unnatural light cycles. Keep on main day lighting no more than 8 hours a day. The main reason people go wrong with lighting for these systems is they do too much light and get algae problems. Never run actinic lights on your freshwater system - algae will multiply. Running the lights too long will promote algae bloom. It's best to control the aquarium lights with an automatic timer.

For the best aquarium lighting experience, get an aquarium lighting fixture with lunar lights built in. The moon lights are inexpensive LEDs. Hybrid lighting fixtures keep each light source on separate power circuits. Automatic timers can switch each light to give a natural day/night lighting cycle, including dawn and dusk light.

Light Fixtures For Freshwater Planted Tanks

Freshwater planted systems are the next step up from fish-only tanks. Live plants nicer to look at, and with these primary producers in your tank, you've got a complete self sustaining ecology in your tank. Keeping live plants, your aquarium lighting fixture must provide the vital light that plants need to photosynthesize. Plants use chlorophyll to photosynthesize, this absorbs light at certain wavelengths (430nm and 680nm). They require light from both the red and blue parts of the color spectrum.

A dual bulb aquarium light fixture with a red plant growth bulb of 3000K and a full daylight of 6500K for vigorous healthy plants, especially when you are starting seedlings or cuttings. An added bonus of having both lamps is that daylight bulb brings out more of the colors, than using the plant growth bulb alone.

Light Fixtures For Saltwater Fish-only Tanks

Now let's move on to the saltwater marine tanks. Without corals to think about, lighting choices are simple for saltwater fish-only tanks. Popular saltwater fish like clownfish, angelfish, and gobies don't need uber-lighting fixtures. The aquarium lighting system you choose is to delight the viewer. After all, no one wants a dark box in their room. A daylight lamp of 5500K up to 10000K is a reasonable choice. Feel free to experiment with different bulbs till you get the fish colors popping just right. Just don't overdo it with your photoperiod. Keep your day lighting down to less than 10 hours per day, too much lighting will boost algae growth.

One caveat - you may get the hankering to turn your fish-only tank into a mini-reef at some point in the future. Consider getting an aquarium light fixture with space for one or more bulbs than you need right now, in the future you can pop in an actinic bulb to keep your corals happy, and keep the same light fixture.

Light Fixtures for Reef Tanks

Finally, we come to the most challenging of tanks - the reef tank. The choice of aquarium lighting fixture is critical to the health of your corals and their symbiotic zooxanthellae. These are a beneficial algae that give nutrition to the corals. In return for the coral providing a nice safe home, the symbiotic algae repay their host with nutrition from photosynthesis. Coral needs this to stay healthy. Getting the right light to the zooxanthellae is the main lighting issue for reek-keepers.

Many people are nervous of taking the next step, and adding live rock to their saltwater tank. Industry marketing is to blame here -reading vendor's blurb one would think that you need the most powerful and expensive Metal Halide lamps. It's not true. There are many folks out there with excellent healthy corals, running on T5 HO or Power Compact fluorescent lighting fixtures. It all depends on your tank setup. Shallow tanks under 24″ in depth don't necessarily require a MH lamp beaming down into the depths. Multiple T5 HO bulbs can provide enough intensity at these depths.

It also depends on your corals. These can be divided into three categories. Hard corals (stony corals) have an exterior skeleton built from calcium. Hard corals are referred to as LPS or Large Polyp Stony, and SPS or Small Polyp Stony. Given that the light must penetrate through the water, and through the hard body of the coral to reach the photosynthesizing algae, these kinds of corals can require advanced aquarium lighting fixtures.

Soft corals don't use calcium to build a hard skeleton. These 'softies' include the leather, and mushroom corals. Generally soft corals need less intense light than the hard corals need to survive, meaning you can get away with High Output fluorescent lamps for the soft corals.

There are many factors which go into running a successful aquarium, and choosing correct aquarium lighting fixtures for your tank environment makes all the difference between success and failure of your aquarium project. 1. Chords

There are only three chords that you need to learn for this song. They are the following:

(The chord tabs are laid out in this order of strings | E A D G B E | which means from top string to bottom. The numbers stand for which fret is supposed to be pressed on each string. The 'x' means that the string is to be silent.)

The G Chord:

Press your middle finger down on the 3rd fret of the top E string, the index finger on the 2nd fret of the A string, and either the ring finger or the pinky on the 3rd fret of the bottom E.

The C Chord:

Will I Ever Be Happy Again After My Husband Walked Out?

I often hear from wives who are extremely depressed after their husband has left. Many just can not envision ever feeling happy or secure again. Don't Assume The Worst Case Scenario: This wife was assuming that because her husband had been silent for a week, she had lost him forever. This was jumping to the worst case scenario. And frankly, this can be a mistake. There are occasions when men cool off once they have some time to reflect and eventually come home to their wives ready to work things out. Until we train the dragons within us, our own destructive qualities will block us from reaching our full potential. These are unconscious, self sabotaging traits - our inner demons. And they often show up as patterns in our lives until we deal with them.

We all have so called inner demons or deep-rooted emotions that may have a negative effect on our lives. Most people try and hide or suppress them. However, only by overcoming them and training them can we turn those "inner dragons" into a source of our personal power.

In many cases our biggest challenges can become our greatest strengths. We just need to have the courage to face our "dragons" and the tools to train them.

What is the Best Revenge on My Husband's Mistress?

I've written several articles putting my experience after my husband's affair out there for all to read. I often get emails from women in the same situation. Many ask me how to best get revenge on the other woman and / or their husband. I understand these feelings because I felt them myself. 

I used to follow the other woman around, trying to get up the courage to approach her. Or, I'd plot awful ways to get back at her (which I never actually did carry out.) So, I do understand wanting her to feel every ounce of the pain and hurt that you feel right now. But, you may be surprised as to what is really your best revenge. I'll explain more below.

To Understand How To Best Get Back At The Other Woman, Think About What She Values (And Wants) The Most: Many people will tell me that they intend to do physical type pranks on the mistress, like mess with her car, do something to her house, or embarrass or shame her in front of others. 

Another popular tactic is to tell her husband about the affair if she is married. Again, I understand this. But, let's think about this for a second. This things are all temporary, right? She can fix her house and car. And, it's highly likely that very little can embarrass her because she's participating in behavior which proves that she has no shame.

What is it that she wants and values that you can take away from her? Your husband. She wants to take your husband from you. In fact, her best case scenario is for you to lose control and to appear unattractive, unstable, and beaten. Always remember that she wants you in a weakened state because it makes her job so much easier. So, when you rage, lose control of your emotions, or strike out at your husband, you're playing right into her plan. You're making it so much easier for her, which only gives her what she wants.

How To Take Your Life Back From The Mistress: There's a saying which goes "happiness is the best revenge." That is so true right now. The mistress doesn't want you to be happy. She doesn't want for your husband to be happy with you. 

She needs for things at your house to be tense and heavy because this means that your husband will turn to her as a safe haven. Do not play into this. Do not give her what she wants. Whether you save your marriage or not, don't let her beat you. Don't allow her to take your productive, satisfying life from you. Don't allow her to rob you of your self esteem.

Here's the truth. Your husband's affair has less to do with you (or even with her) than you think. Often, an affair is a man's way to restore his self esteem or something that is broken within him. Very often, the mistress was just at the right place at the right time. It's more a matter of timing than anything else. There's nothing special about her. In fact, over 85% of cheating husbands admitted in a study that the other woman was not more attractive or more alluring than their wives. 

So, what does she have that you don't have? She doesn't live in the real world! She doesn't have to pick up your husband's dirty socks or make his meals. She likely doesn't demand a lot from your husband. She's all fun without any sacrifice. She doesn't have to worry about the bills or running the household. She can present herself as a fun diversion with no strings attached. 

But, you know what? She can't keep this up forever. The longer the affair lasts, the more that reality is going to set in. She's going to start demanding more from your husband and this is going to make her less and less attractive. And then, she plays right into your hand - rather than it being the other way around.

Don't Allow Her To Place Negative Presence Into Your Life: I know that you think it may be oh so satisfying to confront this woman or to hurt her. But, please believe me when I say that I've seen so many of my readers do this and it almost never turns out well. She's going to do everything she can to make you doubt yourself and your husband. She's going to give you a mental image that is so hard to remove from your mind. And, she's only going to sling more negatively and doubt onto you. So, don't let her do this.

Instead, conduct yourself with dignity and grace - two traits that she definitely doesn't have. Don't play into her hand and wait her out. Focus on your husband, your family, and those things that are important to you. Build yourself and your marriage up (should you chose to save it.) What this woman really wants is to remain in your husband's (and therefore your) life. Don't allow her this. Fling her away like the little gnat that she is.

Ultimately, her worst case scenario is if your husband tires of her, severs all ties, and then commits to saving his marriage with you. She does not want this to happen. So, your best revenge on her is to make absolutely sure that this is exactly what happens - if that is what you want. Remember, you call the shots in your own life - not her.

I know that working through the aftermath of an affair is difficult, but it can truly be worth it. Although I never would've believed this two years ago, I did eventually truly get over the affair.

My marriage is stronger than ever. It took a lot of work, and I had to play the game to win, but it was worth it. Our bond and intimacy is much stronger and because of all the work I did on myself, my self esteem is at an all time high. I no longer worry my husband will cheat again. How to Grow Taller - How to Be Happy With Your Height

Are you unhappy with your height? Many people are and, even if you have stopped growing, there are still ways to present yourself so that you appear to be taller than you actually are. Seven Tips for Keeping Seniors Young and Happy

With age comes wisdom. And often wrinkles and sometimes declining health, as well. But there are plenty of ways for seniors to stay young at heart and forever comfortable in their bodies.

1. Lose the bad habits.
As we get older, we tend to fall into repetitive behavior patterns. Some of them might be good, such as brushing our teeth twice a day and taking vitamins. 2. Laugh it up.
Laughter is - as they say - the best medicine. It makes us happier, which makes us healthier. It's an especially important key to healthy living for seniors, since it's been shown to lower stress, improve memory, prevent heart disease, lower blood pressure and protect against infection.

3. Keep learning.
Activities which challenge and exercise the mind aren't just for kids! Studying and learning about new things stimulates the mind, improves memory and boosts self-confidence. It's also engaging and interesting. Seniors should embrace the opportunity to learn about all of those things they were always interested in but never had the time to focus on.

4. Friends mean happiness.
Studies have shown that we need as much as six hours a day of social stimulation to remain mentally sharp. One of the best ways is to surround oneself with family and friends. To stay sharp and active, lose the negative friends and surround seniors with people who increase their happiness.

5. Sleep it off.
Sleep is critical to good health. Studies have shown that men who get 7-8 hours of sleep nightly live longer than those who sleep both less and more. Women should get seven hours each night to lower their mortality rate.

6. Get some exercise.
Exercising regularly is among the best things a senior can do to look and feel younger. It also helps them maintain their independence, lowers their risk of diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, depression and stress. Whether it is cardiovascular activities, ligament- and tendon-stretching exercises, or muscle-strengthening exercises, seniors should stay active to stay healthy.

7. Eat right.
One of the fastest routes to feeling old and unhealthy is eating the wrong foods. Seniors should get three square meals per day. Breakfast should focus on getting energy levels up, and snacks should emphasize things seniors may not be getting in their regular diet.
